Employees who work 30 hours or more per week are considered full-time and are benefit eligible.

Employees are eligible to enroll in our Metropolitan Life Tax Sheltered Annuity Plan with no waiting period.  A Tax Sheltered Annuity is a pre-tax payroll deduction retirement savings program, which is available to full-time employees.
