Delta Dental

Both health plans are administered by Blue Cross/Blue Shield and encompasses a very large and comprehensive network of top-notch hospitals located throughout New England!

All deductions are pre-tax and extend to you, your family, eligible dependents, and same-sex domestic partners. If you're already covered under someone else's plan, you can opt out of TPC’s health coverage.

 403B

A tax-shelter annuity (TSA) is a (pre-tax) payroll deduction retirement savings program available for benefit eligible employees.  Allows you to save money and plan for retirement through pre-tax payroll deductions. Accounts may be set up through The Hartford Group.

Tuition Remission

The Tuition Remission Program allows eligible employees of TPC to attend a Massachusetts state-supported undergraduate class at any community college, state college or the University of Massachusetts, (excluding the University of MA Medical Center) on a tuition free basis.
