Individual Therapy
The Psychological Center provides therapy services for children (ages 3 and up), adolescents, young adults, and adults in English and Spanish. We offer Individual, Group, Couples, and Family therapy, along with Case Consultation in any combination in order to meet your needs.
Whether you’ve been in therapy before, or not at all, we have a specialized clinician to meet your needs. Clients often choose individual therapy as their preferred mode of treatment. Our diverse staff are available six days a week to provide you with the individual attention you desire so that you can make the changes necessary to live a happier, healthier, and more fulfilled life style.

Group Therapy
Group works! In studies comparing group psychotherapy to individual therapy, group therapy has been shown to be as effective and sometimes even more effective. Group provides a place where you come together with others to share problems or concerns, to better understand your own situation, and to learn from and with each other. You learn you are not alone, are not the “only one” who thinks and feels a certain way; that perhaps you’re not as different as you think.
If you are having difficulty with relationships, self-esteem, grief/loss, depression, anxiety, suffer from addictive disorders, or come from a dysfunctional family, group can be especially helpful. Clients who have a difficult time with interpersonal relationships can particularly benefit from the social interactions that are a basic part of the group therapy experience.
To be part of a group, you do not have to talk! You can can still benefit from the group experience even without sharing. Eventually, most people find comfort in the group and sharing becomes a natural step. Participating will not only help you to understand and improve your own life - others will benefit by your presence and input.
The Psychological Center offers a variety of groups to meet your needs. We have Substance Abuse and Addiction groups in Spanish and English, Women's Recovery Group, Pain Management Group, and other groups that you can benefit from.
