This program services individuals who have been dually diagnosed. The treatment focus is to promote substance abuse education and to encourage overall treatment engagement. The Satellite Program services individuals who reside in their own apartments with Outreach Workers. The Outreach Workers provide aggressive case management and advocacy for these individuals to obtain psychological and functional empowerment.
